About Construct

I’ve been baking for as long as I can remember. I always dreamed of going to culinary school, but life took me in a different direction.

Eventually, I decided to build something of my own, starting with the one thing I genuinely never get tired of making: pancakes.

Construct is a small, independent dining experience built around that simple idea. I like making pancakes, and I like making them for people who really want to eat pancakes.

What started as a little pancake table has grown into a space for intimate meals, shared tables, private gatherings and good conversations.

No grand story. I just really like pancakes and I’m happy you’re here.
